"A day in the life of Shakespeare" A. To locate this ride you go through the park entrance and go directly left right next to the book/movie store. B. This ride will be a brief History about Shakespeare's life from begining to end. There will be a pathway
made of cobblestones, to an enterance in to a small room with four seated cars lined up going through
a hallway. That hallway willl lead to many different stops and winding turns. At each different stop a
speaker will talk about each time period in Shakespeare's life while a projector will show visuals of
what is being talked about. At the end of the ride the car will stop in another small room where you
will be able to exit the ride and continue into the park. C. There will be Three staff members working on this ride. One will be waiting outside where the line is to tell people information about the ride. Another staff member will be inside where the people are seated and will also be controlling the cars on the tracks. The third staff member will be at the end of the ride where all the people get off. Each of the staff members will be paid minimum wage. D. Each of the staff will wear a casual uniform that will be a Dark green short sleave shirt that reads "Shakespeare Land", black cargo pants, and close toed (black) tennis shoes. The shirt will cost $15, the employees may buy their own pants or purchuse some from us and the same goes for the shoes.
"Romeo and Juliet"
A. Romeo and Juliet the play is located all the way in the back of the park near the restrooms. B. In the park we will have a short play that will show, frequently, every other hour and it willl last a half an hour. There will be a
big entrance that will lead to an outside stage. In front of the entrance there will be a waiting area where the people in the park
will have to wait outside the stage until the staff gets ready for the next performance. When they go through the entrance they
will be shown, by the staff, to rows of benches where they may choose their seats. When everyone is seated then the play will
begin. at the end of the play the seats will be cleared and the people will exit the way they came in. C. There will be five staff members that show the people to their seats and they will be paid minimum wage. The actors on stage will be paid $9.50 an hour, and the Two Jainitors wil be also paid minimum wage. D. The uniforms will be the same as the Shakespeare ride.
"The Parade" A. The parade will start at the back of the park and will make its way around to the front and back to where it started in a loop. B. There will be a wide street where the parade will be able to go thruogh the park and the people can sit on the curb to watch the parade go by and some benches will be placed around the perimeter so people don't have to sit on the ground. C. The staff hired will be a maximum of four people or less per float and there will be five floats. There will be staff scattered around the perimeter of the parade to enusure people know where to go and that poeple don't cross in front of the floats. All the staff for the parade will be paid $8.50 an hour. D. The staff on the floats will wear custom made Elizabethan period clothing that will cost at a range of $45-$100 depending on the value of the clothes. The rest of the staff will wear the regular uniform.
