~Costumes~
A. The ‘Costumes’ shop is located on the right side of the entrance, near the ‘Romeo and Juliet Restaurant’.
B. On the inside it will be decorated based on Shakespeare’s life time, and the merchandise will be customs representing Shakespeare’s plays. The rooms, floor, and stairs will be made out of wood. The building will be two stories. It will only have two small rooms where the extra merchandise will be stored. The total cost of the building with the merchandise, maintenance, and decoration of the outside and the inside would be approximately $30,000.
C. It will have the total of 12 employees; one of the 12 employees will be the cashier at the top and another at the bottom, one of them will be the manager, one will in charged of the cleaning, the other eight are going to be split up four at the to and four at the bottom greeting and helping the customers. Each one of them will be paid the same salary, which will be the total of $9.00 the hour five days a week.
D. The cost of the costumes design it’s going to depend, for kids will be $100, for woman $300, and for man $200, if it’s specially order. The maintenance it going to cost $1,000 a year.
E. The price of each outfit will depend if it’s for women, men, or kids. It will be at half price as if it was order.
~Books and Movies~ A. The ‘Books and Movies’ shop is located on the left side of the entrance, in between the ‘Elizabethan food’ place, the tables, and the ‘Shakespeare’s Ride’.
B. This shop it’s made out of concrete, it is two stories, and with an elevator at the right side. On the inside contains plays, movies, and books from the author William Shakespeare. And this property would cost up to $50,000 not including the merchandise. The merchandise will be $30,000 including books, movies, and decorations.
C. It will require 5 people at the top 4 and, 4 at the bottom. 2 cashiers on each side, and 2 on each one to help the customers. And a manager. The manager will get paid $10.00 an hour and the employees $7.00 an hour.
D. Movies and Books will cost up to $50.00 and down.
