Shakespeare's Globe Theater


Shakespeare's Globe Theater is a replica of the original Globe Theater that was rebuilt after it burned down in 1613, later to be, once again, destroyed by the Puritans. Here people can see actors perform the popular play Romeo and Juliet. This attraction is located at the heart of Old World of Shakespeare. The first Romeo and Juliet play is scheduled for 9:00 A.M and ends at 10:55 A.M, the next show starts at 12:30 P.M. and ends at 1:35 P.M. after the employees and actors's Lunch Break. The employees that would be needed for the Globe Theater are actors, People to sell the food souvenirs, and the cleaning crew. The sellers and cleaners will be paid minimum wage and the actors a little bit more, but the main actors will be paid more.

In this attraction, up to twenty people are taken on a historical and biographical guided tour of Shakespeare’s life. These people will be guided through a large museum filled with copies of Shakespeare's poems and plays, and also paintings of events from Shakespeare’s life from his birth to his death. The guide will continuously talk, explaining each of the events that are displayed and reading lines from his favorite poems and plays.The best of Shakespeare's life and career are between the beginning and end of the tour. At the end, is an artwork showing Shakespeare's "Grand Finale" thus ending the tour.

The guide will be paid $30 per hour.

a. This museum is located in front of the exit. In case of rain there will be an in side and outside waiting area so visitors don’t get wet.
b. The interior of the museum is comfortable looking to make them feel welcome. It looks very nice and clean so it can seem as if the visitors were living in those days.
c. The guide is the most important worker here because he explains everything. Although other workers are just making sure the lines are controlled.
d. Like the rest of the workers, they too have to wear an Elizabethan era uniform.

This is a fun ride where people can spin around as fast as they want in an ink pot (used to keep ink for writing during the Elizabethan era.) This ride has a big feather sticking out of the center it with a wheel on it that you can spin to gain speed, and if you go fast enough you could throw up. Barf Bags are provided in each ink pot below each seat.

The line of this ride will begin outside so the people can see the sun and if it rains the people will continue on into a building. Half way through, the line forks into two separate lines. One line is for VIP members and the other line is long for normal visitors. Each of the 4 ink pots can seat a party of up to five people, two employees are going to be seating the people and making sure that their seatbelts are fastened correctly. Two more employees will be managing the two lines and also will be in charge of running the ride controls, they will change shifts every two hours.

The Fourth attraction is an exciting parade filled with giant, electrical floats of parts from Shakespeare's plays (The Taming of the Shrew, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Romeo and Juliet), dancers, acrobats and most importantly… characters from Shakespeare’s finest plays. Characters from The Taming of the Shrew, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Romeo and Juliet. The parade begins at 7:00 p.m. and ends at around 8:00 p.m. The parade will go around Ye Olde Fountain Square and return to the starting point. The crowd can take pictures of the parade and they can take pictures with the actors, acrobats, and dancers with any float of their choice after the parade. Fireworks will light up the sky at the end of the parade to dazzle and excite the spectators (The fireworks are fired from Shakespeare's Globe Theatre's center stage for the safety of any tourists on the Shakespeare Sky Tour to prevent any injuries and possible sueing.)

The actors who play the characters will be paid $25 every hour.

The dancers and acrobats are paid $60 every hour.
