Romeo and juliet's eatery
A. The location of the restaurant will be towards the center of the park by the roller coaster.
B. The outside of the restaurant will have steeples and look sort of like an Elizabethan chapel. The inside will have plush dirt carpeting, and finely furnished décor. The guest will have to wait to be seated in the dining hall. It is surrounded by a moat connected by a draw bridge from the park to the restaurant. It will be constructed and sound so that no leaks will occur if it rains, floods, moat overflows, etc. The waiters will be paid 8 dollars per hour, chefs 8 dollars, head chefs are paid by the guests they prepare special meals for.
C. There will be shifts of 4-6 waiters depending on the flow of customers. The chefs and waiters are paid fairly depending on the work they do: average amount paid is between minimum wage and 10 dollars per hour. Janitors will all receive minimum wage, but will have the same benefits as the rest of the workers. Personnel will be provided with medical, mental and physical insurance.
D. Uniforms will be provided to all workers the janitors will wear jester outfits and the waiter’s will wear traditional Elizabethan clothes. Cost for design will be cheap since we will use clothing from Romeo and Juliet’s rags.
E. Cost for design of this restaurant will be about 300,000 dollars and the profits should be paid over the cost in around 4 months of business

A. The location of this restarant/pub is th excact opposite of romeo and juliet's eatery.
B. The restaraunt looks like an elizabethan home. The inside is reinovated to be modern yet have an antique look to the furniture. The waiters will be paid $13.32 dollars per hour, chefs are paid $10 and head chefs are paid 20 doollars per hour.
C. There will be 5 waiters and 8-10 chefs. They all have insurance in case of accident.
D. Uniforms will be standard suit and tie for the waiters and the chefs will wear traditional chef wear. Cost for wear is cheap since we buy dirrect from the same dealers we buy our clothes from for our shops.
E. The building for this restaraunt was donated to us so it was free
