The Grand Elizabethan Parade!

The Grand Elizabethan Parade is an event that happens everyday at 5:00 p.m. and 7pm, and runs for about a half an hour The parade is a fabulous experience with fireworks, dancers, royal guards, and even a live band and a royal carriage. The parade winds through the front third of the park. The parade’s starting location is at the front gate. The parade’s floats are operated by a radio tower. There is a trained professional up in the radio tower making sure things are running smoothly. We’ll have to rope off a walkway to ensure that people can still move around the park while the parade is in progress. Rain or shine, the parade will go on, and in the case of rain, we will sell ponchos for $1 each. The Grand Elizabethan Parade is definitely one of the most popular attractions in the park.

15th Century's Fantasy Coaster!

The Fantasy Coaster is a wild ride that regularly “knocks our guests’
socks off.” Hitting its top speed of 55 miles per hour, riders feel the g- forces. The ride starts off nice and slow, but once the cars have finished making their way up the slope, riders face a 70-foot drop. Spins and flips (five to be exact) make guests scream with excitement. The ride’s location is next to the Land of Attire Shop. The ride can seat 6 people per car, 3 cars per chain, and two chains running. Riders go through a dark tunnel to get to the line. Walking through the tunnel is a ride in itself. The workers operate the ride with all their gizmos and gadgets. The ride takes up about 8000 square feet. The time it takes from start to finish on the coaster is approximately 3 minutes long. I think it is a great ride for the park.
